Please note that instant support requires an SOS technician to be on the phone with you. You will have to run the program and provide them with the reference number. After the support call is completed, be sure to close the program. To request assistance, support or changes to your product, click the SOS Customer Helpdesk icon. For contract customers, you should have received a username and password to access your customer portal. Here you will have a history of all of the tickets you have submitted in the helpdesk, their status and resolution.
